I designed and built an outdoor cedar planter.
I designed and built an outdoor cedar planter.
I used SketchUp for the design process. For material, I used 5/8"-thick untreated cedar fence boards from Home Depot. All cutting and shaping of the wood was made with hand tools. All parts are held together with joinery and glue; no nails or screws. The planter measures 32" long, 8 1/8" wide, and 10 7/8" tall.
